Delivery & returns for online orders

Delivery Furniture

We offer a 2 man delivery service. Our expert delivery teams will deliver your furniture to the room of your choice (depending on access), place the items in position and remove all packaging to be recycled. This service is provided from £49. Delivery is chargeable to addresses outside of the 70 mile radius, this is calculated at checkout.

We aim to delivery items from stock within 3-5 days. Please note delivery times on our product pages

 

Delivery Accessories

Smaller items will be delivered via courier. Delivery is charged at £15, this is calculated at checkout.

Access

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide adequate access to the room of their choice. Please check the items you have ordered will fit through any necessary doorways, taking into consideration low ceilings, stairways and narrow corridors.

 

Order Amendment / Cancellations

If you wish to amend or cancel an order please contact us on 01707661919 between 10.00am – 6.00pm Monday to Friday. We require the order number and date of the order to assist you.

If you wish to cancel a made to order or a special order item we reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking charge. It is the responsibility of the customer to determine any made to order or special order items meet their requirements and fit in the room of their choice.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you are welcome to return any products that are not made to order or special order for a full refund. You must inform us you wish to return an item within 14 days of delivery and we have to receive the item within 28 days of your delivery date. However, if you require us to collect the goods, this would be chargeable, starting from £49.

If you have delivery outside of our standard delivery area the collection charge is dependent on the distance you are from our store. Please contact us for a price to collect items, alternatively you may make your own arrangements to return the goods as long as they are received in a perfect, resalable condition and in their original packaging.

 

Returns – Furniture

Items have to be returned in perfect condition. It is the customers responsibility to look after the goods until they are collected. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product returned is not in a fully re-saleable condition.

Faulty / Damaged Goods

All goods are to be inspected by our delivery team and signed for. In the unlikely event any faults are found with a product these must be noted with our delivery team. If an item is faulty we usually offer to order a replacement product, leaving you with the delivered item to use until the replacement arrives. Alternatively we can arrange for an experienced service technician to visit you at a convenient time to carry out a repair.

If any damages or faults are noticed after delivery you are required to contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Refunds

Our aim is to process refund requests as quick as possible but an accepted refund request can take up to 28 days to process from the date of Oliver Matthews receiving the goods.
