How is Oliver Matthews keeping customers safe in store?
We want all our customers to feel safe and comfortable in our showroom so we have implemented various safety measures in store.
Upon entering our showroom we will ask you to clean your hands with the hand sanitiser provided. All staff and customer are to maintain social distancing and avoid any physical contact by keeping 2 metres apart. If you are showing any symptoms of coronavirus, please visit us when you are feeling better. Our staff are also required not to come attend work if they are showing any symptoms. To help keep our customers safe, our staff members temperature is taken every morning.
When browsing our showroom you will notice various signs reminding everyone to shop safely. There will be hand sanitiser points available throughout the showroom for everyone to use. We are also undertaking enhanced in-store cleaning routines, including making sure frequently touched surfaces such as door handles are rails are cleaned at frequent intervals throughout the day.
Please do not hesitate to speak to one of our team for help and advise, they will adhere to the social distancing guidelines and will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have.
Our showroom will be open from 10am Friday 5th June. We look forward to welcoming you. Please be patient if we need to limit numbers in store.
Delivery & Collection
New delivery safety procedures are in place. We can offer safe, non-contact delivery to the room of your choice and in store collections.
Collection of your item is still possible in store. Items must be collected by either by 2 people from the same household or, if available, can be carried to your car by 2 members of staff. All delivery teams are provided with disposable gloves, visors, face masks & overshoes. Our delivery team always practise social distancing, our vehicles are sanitised regularly and our delivery teams temperature is taken every morning.
Prior to the day of delivery and on the day of delivery our team will always check our customers are not showing any symptoms of coronavirus. We will happily rearrange delivery if a customer is showing symptoms.
